Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Metro A&A. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations
General Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Event Services: For events, full payment is required in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund; cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
2. Safety and Liability
At Metro A&A, the safety of our passengers is our top priority. All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure the highest standards of safety.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Waiting Times
For airport travel, we will monitor your flight in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly, ensuring you are greeted on time regardless of delays.
For all other services, we will wait up to 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time. A waiting fee equivalent to 1 hour of service will be charged if you exceed this time. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Metro A&A, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
